We have developed a tool that is updated online for checking phone numbers in the “Do Not Call Me” database in FixDigital
Subject to the new law (Amendment 61 of the Consumer Protection Law) which prohibits companies and businesses from initiating telemarketing calls to numbers of consumers who have signed up to the Consumer Protection Authority's “Do not Call Me” database.
The development alerts users of the PRO CRM System in real time if the customer with whom they want to establish a sales telephone contact is registered in the “Do Not Call Me” database or not. And so the user knows in real time whether to establish a marketing relationship with the customer.
Once a day, the FixDigital System scans the entire existing database in PRO CRM > crosses it against the “Do Not Call Me” database and handles the updates of all records this way. Even those that were updated during the day.
